Just the addition of pavers can transform your backyard area into a much more visually appealing area. This customer also added a raised waterfall with a unique river stone tile. You can also noticed clearly how much the interior finishes have changed over the years, and how the larger aggregate that is found in today’s interior finishes is more durable and colorful.

Some of the tiles that are on a pool can date it to a certain era. This pool is a perfect example of how an upgrade to your pool can change your backyard into a modern look and feel. We don’t just do paver pools deck at Florida Bonded Pools either, we can upgrade your driveways, walkways, and any other area that you may feel will help your residences aesthetics.

With (3) raised planter waterfalls, and the addition of paver decking and coping, it’s obvious this pool has transformed into a completely different area. In addition to the above mentioned items we also added some turtle mosaics when we installed the new interior finish.

To enhance their backyard resort these customers chose to add a raised spa with duel spillways and stacked stone. Also the addition of Travertine pavers over the existing kool deck, and a raised stacked stone planter, really upgraded this area into a beautiful oasis that completely changes the feel of the backyard.

You may notice this pool on our awards page. The owner of this residence hired a landscape architect to manage the new look of their backyard oasis. The architect contacted us and we sat down and came up with a renovation to the original pool that helped transform the backyard into an area that everyone can enjoy. After changing the shape of the spa, we raised it and added stacked stone around the perimeter. We then added a 30′ long stacked stone planter with 3 rain waterfalls.

We built a pool for this customer in the 1970’s, when their needs changed in 2005 they knew the pool company that had treated them great in the past would be there for them again. (Florida Bonded pools take that as a huge compliment! When a customer comes back for a second, or in some cases even a third and fourth time, you know you did something right.)  The original pool, which was still in great shape, had become deeper than the homeowners wanted, and with changes to the house, and landscape, it was time to makes some aesthetic changes to the pool and spa. We started by ripping out the original pool and building a new pool with a fountain at a depth more suitable for the owners current needs. We also renovated the spa’s interior to an upgraded exposed aggregate finish that wasn’t around the first time we built their project. After installing a formal style fountain and handrails the owners were yet again pleased with a new pool that will surely last them another 30 plus years. (Check out our “Award Wining Pools” page to see how this pool placed in the FSPA competition)

Umberger Pool Renovation

The original pool and spa just weren’t cutting it for this Ponte Vedra couple. After meeting with them and coming to a decision we all decided that a drastic change was in order. So we cut the pool in half and started over. The customer wanted a beach entry, a raised spa and more square footage. After we cut the shallow end and spa off we implemented a design that met all of their desires and then some. We added “starlight’s” in the beach entry, raised the spa to give an amazing view of the beach, and added several water features that are sure to make this pool look amazing for years.
