Thank you for making our Florida Bonded Pool instillation a great experience. I am going to start with ALL the staff we encountered were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

Priscilla is a wonderful salesperson. when meeting with Priscilla there was no pressure. She gave us a lot of information and suggestions. We told her what we thought we wanted (since we never had a pool) and she gave us ideas. She thoroughly explained what the process would be from start to finish. She responded to telephone calls in a timley manner and answered all our questions.

Terry came into the project at the end but he was also very helpful and easy to contact when needed. When I told him I had a party on April 7th he made it happen. Everything was in place and looking like it had been there for quite some time. He really knows how to get things done.

Steve was our pool school teacher. My daughter felt that he was very clear in his instructions. He took time with making sure she understood how to test the water and clean and change the filter and other aspects of maintaining the pool. He assured her he was only a phone call away if she needed any questions answered.

I want to thank Jeff for suggestion and allowing us to visit the home of an employee who had pavers so that it would help make up our minds. Seeing the pavers in grand scale makes for a better picture to make the decision.

Although I am new to the Florida area and don’t know that many people. With my happy journey with Florida Bonded Pools I would not hesitate to give my personal recommendation to folks.
