I want to thank you and your staff for the outstanding job resurfacing my pool. I am most pleased. It took a while to get the water chemistry balance (this was the first time i had been exposed to phosphates and the problems they cause) but now that situation is behind us, and the pool looks beautiful. Thank you so much.

I also appreciate you working with me on re-grouting the tile and for the reimbursement on the water used in addition to refilling the pool.

I would also like to compliment Steve Gress. He was so helpful and so professional throughout the entire process. There were times when my patience was wearing thin during the month that it took to balance the water, but Steve was always willing to take my call and consisitently reassured me that Florida Bonded Pools would stay with me until I was satisfied. I greatly appreciate his concern and professionalism.
